Peer Counseling

Peer Counseling is an extension of the student services. We provide tutoring in academic subjects, mentoring in life and daily struggles, and support in events across the school. We exist to support others.

Additional Info

Peer Counseling functions in three departments: mentoring, which is for having someone to talk to in order to deal with private conversations in life, like stress, depression, anxiety, and other topics that need to be let out; tutoring, which is for dealing with academic pressure through 1-1 tutoring appointments; and school events, which is where the Peer Counselors help out with events going on at school, such as red ribbon month. Many of these services can be accessed during lock down via our instagram page, dnhs peer counseling.
